Event Insurance:

Clients must purchase event liability insurance for their event. All insurance must be purchased through Gill Insurance.

Bartending Services:

All alcohol and bar service staffing must be selected from The Grove at Stoney Creek’s approved bartending vendor list to ensure proper permitting and service standards. Clients are responsible for booking their chosen bartender directly, as venue staff does not coordinate bartending services.

Subcontractor Services:

Clients may choose subcontractors from our Preferred Vendor List or use vendors of their own choosing. Vendor access before 7:00 AM requires prior approval. If vendor setup, breakdown, or cleanup extends beyond the event date, a multi-day venue rental is required.

Cleaning Services:

All venue cleaning must be booked directly through LTS Service LLC by contacting Tamara at 407-401-5421. Client-secured LTS Cleaning Services will arrive on-site at 10:15 PM to begin their contracted cleanup. This service does not cover vendor responsibilities, including the removal of personal property, décor, or equipment.

Additional Information:

All music and amplified sound must conclude no later than 10:00 PM. This includes DJs, live bands, playlists, microphones, and any other form of sound amplification.

Following the conclusion of music, a two (2) hour window (10:00 PM–12:00 AM) is provided for reception wrap-up, décor removal, and vendor cleanup. All personal items, décor, and vendor equipment must be removed, and the venue fully vacated no later than 12:00 AM.
