Event Insurance:

Clients must purchase event liability insurance for their event. All insurance must be purchased through Gill Insurance.

Bartending Services:

Please note that all alcohol and bar -service staffing must be coordinated through us from our preferred bartender vendor list.

This policy helps maintain proper permits, consistent service standards, and a seamless event experience.

Subcontractor Services: 

Clients have the flexibility to select subcontractors from our trusted Preferred Vendor List, which features partners vetted for quality, reliability, and performance.

However, you are also welcome to use a subcontractor of your own choosing. 

Cleaning Services:

All cleaning services for our venue must be booked directly through LTS Service LLC.
