Venue Access
Clients have exclusive access to The Grove at Stoney Creek from 7:00 AM until 12:00 AM (midnight) on their event date, allowing plenty of time for setup, celebrations, and cleanup.
Reception Barn
Our beautifully designed, climate-controlled reception barn accommodates up to 250 guests and serves as the heart of your celebration. The barn features a spacious reception dining area, a professional performance stage with integrated lighting and audio capabilities, creating the perfect setting for dinner, dancing, and entertainment.

Event Insurance:
Clients must purchase event liability insurance for their event. All insurance must be purchased through Gill Insurance.

Bartending Services:
All alcohol and bar service staffing must be selected from The Grove at Stoney Creek’s approved bartending vendor list to ensure proper permitting and service standards. Clients are responsible for booking their chosen bartender directly, as venue staff does not coordinate bartending services.
Vendor & Client Responsibilities:
The Grove at Stoney Creek is a venue-only rental and does not provide event planning, coordination, decorating, setup, breakdown, catering, bartending, floral, entertainment, or other vendor services as part of your rental. Clients are responsible for arranging all event services and hiring any vendors needed for their wedding or event.
Clients are welcome to select vendors from our Preferred Vendor List or use vendors of their own choosing, unless otherwise noted in our venue policies.
Unless otherwise arranged with your hired vendors, all setup, decorating, breakdown, cleanup, and the removal of personal items and décor are the responsibility of the client. We strongly recommend hiring a professional wedding planner or day-of coordinator to assist with event logistics and ensure a smooth experience.
Vendor access begins at 7:00 AM on the event date unless prior approval has been granted by venue management. All vendor setup, breakdown, and cleanup must be completed within your contracted rental period. If any vendor services require access before 7:00 AM or extend beyond the event date, a multi-day venue rental must be reserved and approved in advance.
Additional Information:
All music and amplified sound must conclude no later than 10:00 PM. This includes DJs, live bands, playlists, microphones, and any other form of sound amplification.
Following the conclusion of music, a two (2) hour window (10:00 PM–12:00 AM) is provided for reception wrap-up, décor removal, and vendor cleanup. All personal items, décor, and vendor equipment must be removed, and the venue fully vacated no later than 12:00 AM.
